Oh how I wish I had found this years ago. I have been struggling to stretch my hole beyond a certain point for years. This appliance is a must for those who need to stretch and in my opinion is suitable for beginners and experts! Apply a little lube and insert. Then simply pull apart with your hands. The hole spreader locks by itself. To release just gently squeeze the appropriate area and it will close. The hole spreader doesn't come with any instructions but with practice you will soon get the hang of it. After an hour or two I had a wonderful gape and its easy to open a little more with comfort. It's my ambition to be able to insert my " Fat man in a barrel" and I can now see it will be possible soon. ;o) Highly recommended.
