I have stenosis and very quickly am on third size. Kit comes with a small amount of Slippery Stuff and carrier. Make sure you check with your doctor on how long and often to use. A few websites recommend upto 30 minutes but that seems too long for the effect personally speaking.
Ordered this for suspected vaginismus and to be able to do proper penetration after struggling to. Worth the buy! The set comes with an instructional sheet of how to properly use them for beginners like myself, and with sample lubricant. I’ve just started with it, but have already gained a lot more confidence in myself and my body. Put next to a soda can for proper size comparison. Give it a shot!
My PT recommended these because they were simple and have the sizes I need. I'm now almost finished with the PT sessions and these dilators have been awesome for the consultations as well as at-home use. The end is a little pointy which really aids in inserting them, too.
If I was born three and a half years ago and I could not maintain full relationships since they caused me a lot of pain. I decided to buy these triggers to find a solution. It is true that you have to be very constant and perform exercises regularly and always using lubricant (I use it also when having sex) In short, a wonder. I think a plus is the full size lubricant that also comes with this set compared to others that only offered trial sized bottles. It did not take very long to progress through the set and I felt so much relief after using these dilators. Definitely 5 stars for quality and the price!
