I've experimented with a couple of tension rings and this one is the best, it works perfectly maintaining hardness like no other I've tried.
I liked everything about the tension rings. They fit over the penis pump and when pumping causes an erection the stretchy ring is slid off the pump and onto the penis. When the pump is removed the rings hold the penis snugly to maintain your erection. There is no discomfort whatsoever, it is a rather enjoyable feeling.
